Professional Transition Course for Athletes

Professional Transition Course for Athletes

Powered by About Your Talent

The course Transition to the Workforce by Players Hub 360, developed in collaboration with About Your Talent, is designed as a parallel training to a sports career, not as a "plan B." Its purpose is for the professional athlete to optimize their trajectory from today, make better decisions during their active phase, and naturally and progressively build a solid professional path for when the cycle changes.

The reality is that elite sports demand total focus, but they also offer a unique opportunity: to develop skills, brand, and a network of contacts that, when well-managed, multiply options both inside and outside of sports. This training helps you anticipate possibilities, broaden your vision, and turn your competitive experience into a transferable asset to business, entrepreneurship, or the sports ecosystem (management, leadership, communication, projects, etc.), without losing focus: performing at your best in your sports career.

Through the program, you will learn to translate your athlete profile into professional value: identify your strengths and motivations, define a clear proposal, improve your communication and leadership, and understand how the job market works (roles, sectors, selection processes, and corporate dynamics). Additionally, you will work on practical tools such as personal branding, LinkedIn, strategic networking, CV, and interviews, so that opportunities do not depend on improvisation but on intelligent and sustained construction over time.

The training combines applied knowledge with real experiences, so you can see cases, decisions, and possible paths from the inside. The goal is not to "leave sports," but to grow with sports: gain criteria, language, and strategy to manage your future calmly, make the most of the present, and approach any transition—when it comes—with real options, security, and direction.
